Shipping and Handling

Delivery
Carrier will make attempt to contact you for delivery, which may occur before the stated delivery lead time. If no response to the attempt is received, your order may be cancelled and charged for shipping and handling fee. Please provide a valid daytime phone number and email address at time of checkout.

Extraordinary Delivery Requirements
Extraordinary delivery requirements may necessitate an additional fee to the carrier. Island, mountain and remote location deliveries are subject to cancellation. Recipient must be home at time of delivery. Delivery is subject to reasonable access to the area without damaging the purchaser's property or the product, or jeopardizing the safety of the delivery personnel.

Delivery is available to Hawaii, and World Wide. Canadian orders are subject to 5% GST. An additional Shipping and Handling fee will apply. Additional transit time may be required.
